Four ways to book winter.
Take the whole season, or just the storm you can't face. Snow is pushed and left on the property, usually on the grass — hauling it away is a separate job.
Seasonal Agreement
Per qualifying event (every new snowfall) all winter — and the best rate I offer. Every snowfall that hits 3 cm gets cleared automatically. You don't call: I'm already on the way.
One-Off Clear
Properties in this category are cleared once all contract work is complete. If you need it done sooner, a seasonal agreement is the better fit.
Away Service
Heading somewhere warm in February? I'll keep the driveway clear while you're gone, so the place doesn't sit looking empty. Booked by the week or the month, charged per clear.
Condominium
Lots, drive lanes and unit stalls. Every property is different, so I walk it with you before quoting. Optional snow hauling available.
The $30 / $35 rate is the seasonal agreement rate. One-off and away clears are $35 / $40. Rates are per qualifying event and exclude applicable GST. Payment due on completion — cash or Interac e-Transfer. No accounts, no invoicing terms.

Clearing, not removal
Snow is pushed and left on the property, usually on the grass. Hauling it off site is a different job and isn't included.
Three centimetres
Service triggers once new accumulation on the driveway reaches 3 cm. Lighter dustings wait for the threshold.
Within 24 hours
Clearing is finished within 24 hours of the snow stopping, weather and access permitting.
24-inch setback
A 24-inch gap is held from vehicles, fences, posts and other structures. Keep the driveway clear of cars and tools.
Cold weather halt
Below −30 °C I may stand down until it warms. The clock pauses — it doesn't cancel the visit.
Photos every time
A photo record goes out after each completed clearing, so we both have proof of the work as it was left.
Paid on completion
Cash or Interac e-Transfer when the job is done. No invoices on terms, no tabs, no running balances.
Scuffs and tire marks
Minor scuffs and tire marks on concrete or asphalt come with the work and aren't the contractor's liability.
Raised obstacles
Anything protruding from the pavement — including objects lifted by ice heaving — is at the customer's risk.
