During the tour we discuss the options for seasonal snow services that best suit your property's needs — where the snow can be stacked, which lanes have to stay open, how stalls are handled, and whether hauling is needed at all.

• Parking lotsCleared and stacked where the site allows, with sight lines and fire lanes kept open.
• Drive lanesKept passable through the storm cycle so residents can get in and out.
• Unit stallsHandled by arrangement — timing usually depends on when vehicles move.
• Snow haulingOptional, priced separately. Never the same day it snows — typically a few days after the storm, once the piles are settled.
• DocumentationPhoto record after each completed visit, so your board has proof of service.

Rates exclude applicable GST. Condominium work is quoted and agreed per property, separately from residential terms.
